In the southern part of Tartu municipality, in the town of Raadi, four A-energy class buildings are being developed, offering a total of 73 apartments, over 600 m² of commercial space, as well as parking spaces and storage units.
The goal of Landen's development is to create a harmonious environment where the homes respect the historical heritage of Tartu while bringing new energy to the area. The residential buildings are designed to allow future residents to settle in a modern apartment house close to the city, while enjoying the comfort and privacy of a private home. Additionally, versatile commercial spaces are planned on the ground floors, bringing life and vibrancy to the street.
Raadi is a rapidly developing area, with plans to build a variety of sports-related facilities around the planned Raadi town center - such as football fields, basketball halls, and more. Just 500 meters from the residential buildings lies the beautiful Raadi Manor and Park. A short walk away is also the beloved Estonian National Museum.
Currently, design work is underway, and building permits are being applied for. Sales information is expected to be released in Q4 2024 or Q1 2025.
