Landen kinnisvara recently acquired the Paldiski mnt 97 property, which previously housed a private residence, and has begun preparing the detailed plan. Two apartment buildings with commercial spaces are planned for the new 2,693 m\u00b2 area, creating a fully-fledged urban campus. The lower and higher sections of the buildings will be connected by an underground parking floor, ensuring daily convenience for both residents and visitors.<\/span><\/p>\n

A continuation of the Mustjuure Linnakodud development<\/b><\/h3>\n

The new Paldiski mnt 97 project complements the ongoing<\/span> Mustjuure Linnakodud<\/span><\/a> development, where pre-sales are already in full swing. This is a new urban residence with <\/span>five and three above-ground floors, respectively. The modern Mustjuure Linnakodud development currently offers a total of 24 apartments, parking spaces, several commercial premises, and a green courtyard area.<\/span><\/p>\n
