Construction work on Mustjuure Linnakodud began in Tallinn in early December. During the development, two buildings will be completed, featuring a total of 24 apartments and 9 office spaces. The general contractor for the construction is Mitt & Perlebach OÜ , and the completion date is scheduled for the end of 2026.
Mustjuure Linnakodud is a development by Landen kinnisvara ,located at the intersection of three Tallinn districts – Haabersti, Kristiine, and North Tallinn. Apartments ranging from 1 to 4 rooms are being built at Paldiski Rd 95, each featuring a balcony or terrace and a storage unit. The location combines the best aspects of three different districts, offering quick connections to the city center and seaside recreation areas.
The preliminary work for the new development has been completed, and the property has been tidied; a boundary fence has been installed around the perimeter, and additional surveys for the foundation have been conducted. Next, utility network connection works and foundation works will begin, followed by the construction of outdoor areas, roads, and squares associated with the development.
The buildings are designed to offer residents modern comfort and an energy-efficient lifestyle. The energy class A buildings, along with solar panels installed on the roofs, help keep utility costs low and support environmentally sustainable living. The Bisly smart home system installed in each apartment allows residents to manage ventilation and heating via a smart device, creating a home that adapts to everyone’s daily rhythm. Additionally, noise-reducing windows and a double facade ensure that peace and quiet are maintained even in close proximity to the city center.
"With Mustjuure Linnakodud, we are creating homes that combine modern and timeless architecture with a well-thought-out living environment," said Sten Uritam, CEO of Landen kinnisvara. "The location brings together urban conveniences, proximity to the sea, and greenery, while modern technical solutions and high-quality construction ensure that life here is simultaneously comfortable, balanced, and sustainable."
