In Raadi small town, Tartu County, the Landen real estate development Raadi Roosipark is expanding. In the second phase, two new apartment buildings will be constructed at Eskadrilli tn 4 and 6. Pre-sales for the apartments have begun, and early buyers enjoy a discount of €1,000 per room.
Two A-energy class apartment buildings will be erected in Raadi Roosipark, featuring a total of 26 one- to five-room apartments and 2 commercial spaces. Pre-sales for the new homes are now open, with a discount of €1,000 per room currently available for home buyers. The buildings are scheduled for completion by the end of 2027.
“Launching the second phase of the development is an important step for us, as we continue to see strong development potential in Raadi and growing demand for well-thought-out homes,” said Sten Uritam, CEO of Landen kinnisvara..
The new buildings complement the existing Raadi Roosipark development at Eskadrilli tn 2, where 24 apartments and six commercial spaces are already completed.
Following three construction phases, the new residential quarter will consist of four A-energy class apartment buildings, offering 92 homes and commercial spaces of various sizes. As the third phase, pre-sales for the Eskadrilli tn 8 apartment building will begin in 2027, with the entire development reaching completion in the final quarter of 2028.
“Our goal is not merely to build four standalone buildings, but to design a cohesive quarter where varying building heights and articulated architecture create a diverse streetscape. Throughout the design of the living environment, we drew inspiration from the nearby Raadi Manor, and we want the new development to carry forward the elegance, lush greenery, and peaceful atmosphere of the manor park,” Uritam added.
The project is being constructed by AS Tartu Ehitus, with architecture and design handled by Projektibüroo OÜ.
