We held a topping out ceremony for the Raadi Roosipark development, celebrating the first building reaching its full height and the construction work moving into its next phase. This is a Landen kinnisvara project located in the Raadi district of Tartu. In its first phase, an A-energy class building with two blocks, featuring 22 apartments and 8 commercial spaces, is being completed. The development is being built in cooperation with architects from Projektibüroo OÜ , with construction carried out by Tartu Ehitus AS.

The wreath was brought down by Landen kinnisvara CEO Sten Uritam and Tartu Ehitus site manager Janno Lomp. The building, which has now reached its full height, is set for completion in the autumn of 2026. 

A Significant Moment in the Completion of Raadi Roosipark

This event is a meaningful milestone in the construction process, confirming that the main structural works have been successfully finished and the development is progressing as planned toward the next stages.
