On Thursday, October 8, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony of Mustjuure Linnakodud in Tallinn, marking the completion of an important construction phase for the new development. Located on the border of Kristiine, Haabersti, and Põhja-Tallinn, the residential building is a project featuring 24 apartments and 9 commercial spaces.
Mustjuure Linnakodud is a new development rising along Mustjuure Street and Paldiski Road. The energy class A building features solutions such as noise-reducing windows, a double façade, and smart home technology, ensuring low utility costs and a high quality of life.
“With Mustjuure Linnakodud, we have focused on how people actually live in their homes—from apartment layouts to decisions shaping the entire building and its surroundings. For the apartments, we have strived to ensure that space is functional and every square meter is thoughtfully used. At the same time, from the early stages, we considered it essential that a good home doesn't end at the front door, but is supported by the entire living environment,” said Ivan Gavrilov, Project Manager at Landen kinnisvara. “The topping-out ceremony is a landmark moment in this process for us and the entire construction team, as the future form and scale of the homes are now truly visible and tangible.”
The new development is situated at the intersection of Haabersti, Kristiine, and Põhja-Tallinn, bringing Stroomi Beach and the greenery of Merimetsa, as well as the Telliskivi Creative City, shops, services, and excellent public transport connections close to a single address. The area combines proximity to nature with an urban living environment, offering residents diverse opportunities for work, sports, and leisure.
With the topping-out ceremony, we celebrated the building reaching its maximum height. This is an important milestone in the construction process, after which work can proceed to the next stages and fine-tuning the details.
“The topping-out ceremony is one of those moments in construction where all the previous work becomes very clearly visible. A large part of the shell construction is behind us, and now we can focus on the details and solutions that will further enhance the building's construction quality,” said Janek Kukk, Project Manager at Mitt & Perlebach OÜ.
Mustjuure Linnakodud is being developed in cooperation with the architects from Projektibüroo OÜ , with construction carried out by Mitt & Perlebach OÜ. The new homes are scheduled for move-in in January 2027.

We thank everyone who came to celebrate the Mustjuure Linnakodud topping-out ceremony with us. A big thank you also goes to our partners and the entire team, whose contribution brings the development closer to completion every day.
