Construction has begun at Raadi Roosipark

Construction work on the first phase of Raadi Roosipark has begun in Tartu. During this stage of the development, a building with two blocks will be completed, featuring a total of 22 apartments and 8 commercial premises along with storage units. The general contractor for the construction is Tartu Ehitus AS , and the completion date is scheduled for autumn 2026.

Developed by Landen kinnisvara in the Raadi small town in Tartu, the new development consists of two building blocks, one with 3 stories and the other with 4 stories. The architectural solution of the buildings combines the comforts of a modern apartment building with the privacy characteristic of a private house. The layouts of the apartments utilize a module that fits the specific characteristics of the satellite town location, and the number of rooms is adjustable, allowing residents to choose between compact and traditional solutions. Each first-floor apartment will have a terrace, while residents on higher floors will have a balcony.

The development will be built comprehensively, including roads, landscaping, and utility networks. The outdoor areas between the buildings are divided into private and semi-private zones using terraces and green buffers, encouraging communal use. In addition, recreation areas will be established where it is possible to spend leisure time and foster a stronger sense of community.

All buildings meet energy class A requirements; each apartment is served by independent mechanical ventilation, and a solar park will be installed on the roof. Bisly building automation will be installed in the residences, allowing technical systems to be managed conveniently from both a smartphone and an in-home screen. This solution also replaces the traditional intercom system, offering residents added convenience when opening doors for guests.

"Raadi Roosipark is a development where we want to create a comprehensive living environment. The start of construction is an important milestone for us, bringing us closer to our goal of offering the people of Tartu homes where privacy, functionality, and a sense of belonging are in balance," said Sten Uritam, CEO of Landen kinnisvara.
