Landen kinnisvara is developing a new comprehensive living environment at the Paldiski Rd 97 property in Tallinn, combining modern architecture, energy-efficient solutions, and convenient proximity to the city.
Landen kinnisvara recently acquired the Paldiski mnt 97 property, which previously housed a private residence, and has begun preparing the detailed plan. Two apartment buildings with commercial spaces are planned for the new 2,693 m² area, creating a fully-fledged urban campus. The lower and higher sections of the buildings will be connected by an underground parking floor, ensuring daily convenience for both residents and visitors.
The new Paldiski mnt 97 project complements the ongoing Mustjuure Linnakodud development, where pre-sales are already in full swing. This is a new urban residence with five and three above-ground floors, respectively. The modern Mustjuure Linnakodud development currently offers a total of 24 apartments, parking spaces, several commercial premises, and a green courtyard area.
