The year 2025 was a substantive and action-packed period for Landen kinnisvara, during which several developments moved from the conceptual stage toward concrete goals. The focus was on well-thought-out living environments, a smooth development process, and projects that create long-term value for both residents and the urban space as a whole.
at Raadi Roosipark , 2025 was an important development stage where the previous vision began to take a very concrete form. A total of 92 homes and commercial spaces are planned for the development area consisting of four apartment buildings, and the entire solution has been thought through down to the smallest detail – in terms of building placement, apartment layouts, and the overall living environment.
Active interest in the apartments continued last year, and in the autumn, the development reached the start of construction work. The laying of the cornerstone at the end of the year confirmed that the new development in Raadi has reached a phase where well-considered plans are growing step-by-step into a new and high-quality living environment.
In the case of Mustjuure Linnakodud , the year also marked a significant leap, moving firmly from preparations to the realization phase. The premises being established consist of two building blocks and offer a total of 24 apartments, 37 parking spaces, and several commercial units, creating a vibrant and functional urban space.
At the beginning of 2025, the pre-sale of the units opened and continued throughout the year; by today, this new development in Tallinn has become a reliable choice for many families building their future. In December, construction work began on Paldiski mnt, bringing the development from the conceptual level to life.
In addition to ongoing projects, 2025 was also significant for its forward-looking steps. Landen kinnisvara is always actively looking for new promising properties and development opportunities to bring well-thought-out, high-quality, and sustainable living environments to the market. Thus, preparations for development began on the Paldiski mnt 97 property, which would complement the existing Mustjuure Linnakodud living environment and create a more comprehensive urban space in the area. Today, the project has reached the detailed planning phase.
The year 2026 begins exactly where the activities left off, and vigorous work continues to ensure that ongoing developments progress according to schedule and that new projects get a strong start.
In Tartu, construction of Raadi Roosipark continues, and the first phase of the new development will be completed as early as the autumn of 2026. At the same time, progress is being made with the second phase, which will add 30 new apartments to the development.
Mustjuure Linnakodud in Tallinn will rise in January 2027. In parallel, the next stage on the Paldiski mnt 97 property is being prepared, with the aim of complementing and strengthening the living environment of the entire area.
