The past year has been full of new beginnings and important steps for Landen kinnisvara, bringing us closer to our goal of offering high-quality and sustainable real estate development. A New Perspective on Real Estate
One of the biggest achievements last year was the official launch of the Landen kinnisvara brand. This marks a significant step as we opened a bilingual website and presented our vision to the public. Landen kinnisvara's goal is to bring a fresh and innovative approach to the real estate market, based on the values of quality, reliability and sustainability. The aim of our project is to create living environments that are in balance with people's needs, while being environmentally friendly and energy efficient.
The launch of the brand is not just about making a logo and a website, not to mention social media – it is about sharing our values and vision with everyone who appreciates quality and reliability. We believe that transparent and innovative real estate development with smart space solutions is an approach that meets both the demands of the market and people's daily lives.
Team Growth and New Collaboration Opportunities
The success of any company is based on a strong teamthat shares a common vision and works towards it. During 2024, our team grew even stronger with the addition of several new experts with years of knowledge, extensive experience in the real estate sector and innovative thinking. The newest members of the Landen kinnisvara team bring a fresh perspective and practical solutions that help us achieve our goals even better.
We are convinced that cooperation is the key to every success. Therefore, we are constantly looking for new partners – developers, builders and other specialists who share our values and vision. In our projects, we value transparency, quality and sustainability, and we believe that working together helps us create the best results.
Announcing the First Construction Tender – a Path to Sustainability
At the end of 2024, we announced our first construction tender in Tartu, in Raadi alev. Within the framework of this project, we will build four A-energy class apartment buildings, which will offer a total of 73 high-quality apartments and over 600 m² of commercial space. In addition to the buildings, the construction tender includes the construction of outdoor areas, roads, squares and utility networks, during which we strive to ensure not only a high quality of life, but also the integrity of the spaces and the environment.
The completion of the project is planned for the middle of 2028 at the latest. During the construction work, we will focus on ensuring quality and environmental friendliness, being convinced that the living environments developed by Landen kinnisvara will be valuable for both residents and the community. This is just the first step in our plans, but we are confident that it will give peace of mind and confidence that the next ventures will bring even bigger projects.
New Challenges and Opportunities
2024 was just the beginning for Landen kinnisvara. We have an ambitious plan to move forward and develop new, sustainable housing projects. In January, we also announced a second construction tender to find a partner in Tallinn, on the property at Paldiski mnt 95 , for the construction of a new modern apartment building.
Landen kinnisvara's goal is to offer people high-quality living and business space that is not only functional, but also environmentally friendly and energy efficient. We believe that every new project is a step closer to our goal: to create real estate projects that bring real value to communities and our partners.
This year will certainly bring many new opportunities and achievements, but we will not forget the lessons and progress of the past year. Our journey is just beginning, but we are ready to take big steps forward!
